“Treatwell” Office
About
The interior of the international beauty service booking platform “Treatwell” office, located in a reconstructed 19th-century historicist-style building in the New Town district of Vilnius, was chosen as the best office interior of 2016.
The building’s facade and staircases were renovated without damaging valuable elements and adapted to modern needs. The house’s staircases with exposed polychromy and the preserved street facade provide an authentic touch of antiquity. The interior plays with the contrast principle, where a modern, simple office is located in high rooms with large windows and double doors.
The interior is dominated by an open workspace, with an emphasis on natural materials and light shades. One of the main accents of this office is the exposed new concrete ceilings installed between the remaining wooden beams.
Most of the furniture is custom-made, specifically designed and manufactured for this office, with the main materials being painted metal and lacquered wood particleboard.
This work environment is like a second home, perfectly reflecting the needs of a modern team: compact, cozy, modern, and easily transformable spaces. A subtle style, thoughtful details, and an environment where it is simply pleasant to work.
