• The building can be divided into three parts: the old one – 1890 by architect V. Polozov; the extension – 1912 by an unknown architect; the new one – in 1999 by architect L. Vaitys;

• Over time, the building’s function changed along with its occupants and owners. Medical doctor. A. Domaševičius lived and worked in this building. Dr. Jonas Basanavičius had opened a Lithuanian Science Society here with a huge library;

• In 2022, the building was purchased by the UAB “D9” (Ltd.). IMPLMNT Architects designed spacious offices that included extensive room for the exhibition of artwork;

• During the tour of the building, you will find not only many works of art in the building, but also the art of engineering that is hidden in the ceiling;

• You will also have the unique opportunity to view some of the prestigious artwork held by the LEWBEN Art Foundation.

• During the tour we will reveal why there is a walled room in the building that no one can enter.
