• A business center inspired by forest motifs, characterized by unique workspaces;

• In this office, employees choose their workplace according to the task, type of work or mood of the day;

• The interior subtly reflects the theme of the forest: from the unusually perforated lobby panels to the winding passageways;

• The sanitary units of the building use rainwater gathered in their collectors;

• Innovative solutions allow the building to use 40% less energy, 55% less water and release 46% less CO2 than conventional office buildings;

• Built on the site of a former bakery, the building blends into a vibrant urban context and seeks harmony with nature.
