The first pure Scandinavian-style office in Lithuania, from sketchy ideas to the smallest
handlebars in the building. Three buildings of different heights are arranged in such a way
that none of them obstructs the view through the window: they are designed rising in a spiral,
and green terraces are installed on the protrusions.
Installed geothermal wells contribute to reducing the energy consumption of the building,
and the air inside is not conditioned, but cooled and purified using cold beam technology, so
people inside always breathe fresh air. At Quadrum, you can discover a large collection of
artwork both in its interior and exterior. The collection is gradually filled to create as lively an
atmosphere as possible. Almost half of the plot's space is dedicated to the public: the project
aims to promote life around the towers by creating certain urban structures and combining
urban architecture with the natural environment.
