When described, Žvėrynas, resembling a resort, is often accompanied by the descriptions “green”, “protected”, “wooden”, “prestigious”. The walk will invite you to explore its modern architectural solutions. Among nature and residential houses, architects were able to create representational and working spaces, which reflect the charm of the place. We will discuss the buildings of the 20th – 21st–century architects which blend in perfectly with the river bank and forest environments to gain another aspect – sustainability.
