The double school in Antakalnis was designed by the city’s chief architect. This is a building that combines a retrospective exterior and a functional interior, while the portals inspired by Vilnius Baroque gives it a unique touch. The complex history of the city is marked by the different language schools that changed in this building. The new addition that stifles the old building a bit is contrasting, opening up unexpected spaces with hints of postmodernism. We invite you to compare both buildings and take a walk in the school foyer, where one of the most famous Lithuanian rock groups was born exactly 35 years ago.
