Quadrum is the big new star of the city, established on the right side of the Neris River, in the neighbourhood of other business centres. This ambitious project, consisting of three towers and an inner courtyard, has once again remapped the business field. The complex features innovative solutions, with high-quality work spaces and a well thought-out infrastructure, revealing the various needs of modern business.
The business ensemble is almost like a city within a city with a three-level underground parking lot, restaurants, a conference centre, a sports club and even a kindergarten. The project embraced the Scandinavian values of respect for the environment and the community, ensuring quality, with a minimum impact on the environment and even featuring contemporary art.
