A energetic class office building k29 was designed as one of the elements of Konstitucijos avenue in its urban circuit. The new one-volume elliptical office is a multi-storey building at the beginning of an urban hill. It easily became a vivid tiro of right bank of Neris panorama. A park formed next to k29 continuously passes under the building expanding the visual boundaries of greenery and extending footpaths.
Modernity, functionality, rationality were the main criteria that guided through development of this building. Business center with specific construction solutions from the moment you enter it stuns with a magnificent light flooded atrium space surrounded by modern and comfortable offices.
