The Rise Vilnius hub is one of the seven of such spaces created by Barclays all over the world, focused on offering financial services to startups. This is not just a work space: the hub organises various events, with meetings of creators, business representatives and innovation-minded people.
The Rise offices all over the world focus on the same guidelines, and Vilnius Rise is no exception. Nonetheless, the hub does feature some national characteristics, such as some of the furniture that was manufactured by local masters, while the interior itself features a lot of natural materials: wood, glass and metal.
Art has become an important part of the Rise Vilnius interior. According to the architect, art is necessary both at home and at work; thus, various zones in the building feature the paintings of several Lithuanian artists on the walls.
It should be mentioned that the architect who created the building managed to preserve the interior elements of the institutions that worked here before, smartly incorporating them into the new interior.
